To peel a clove of garlic…first slice off the root end.
with the flat side of a big kitchen knife…...gently slam the clove on the cutting board.
Remember to keep your knuckles off the board!
........now remove the papery skin.
Garlic can be cut into thin slices with a sharp paring knife….
or….into a tiny mince by “Rocking” a large kitchen knife
or….crushed with a garlic press.
Remember…the smaller you cut the garlic…the more intense is the flavor!
