I am thrilled to announce that I have a new recipe column in Equine Lifestyle magazine. This is a first for me! My first recipe is for Sweet and Sour Meatballs. (Believe it or not, this all came about because of a request for a recipe for Bread Pudding - which I'll be posting soon!)
Rider: Shannon Powell Some of the articles in this issue include the hazards of not wearing a helmet, a story on eating raw milk and equestrian fashions. There’s also a piece on David Cassidy’s passion for thoroughbreds and a story on the woman polo players fundraiser tournament for breast cancer, and tons more. It is a great magazine and they also have an on-line site. Thanks, Equine Lifestyle, for adding me to the team. (Even though, as an apartment dweller, I don’t own a horse!) Congrats on the great opportunity. Mags | posted on Apr 2, 2008 I am just learning to use blogging and your blog is the first that I picked to use. Kathy Maister | posted on Apr 3, 2008 Thanks Everyone! Mags, welcome to the blogging world! I have met so many wonderful, smart, funny, (and yes, really strange) people by blogging. Enjoy! When I saw the headline I assumed that it was going to be a story on 'grazing' :-)
